I have set my outlook email up with my motorola Q off our exchange
server.  The problem I have is I have 2 contact lists. 1 work 1
personal

The main contact list is work labeled "Contacts"
The other is labeled "Personal"

I can't get the personal contacts to show on my Q or if it's even
possible.

Any ideas?

You can not sync two folders using Active Sync. There are apps that will
work with it by copying the contacts to the main folder but they are less
than satisfactory. I recommend using categories for personal and biz and
using just one contacts folder if possible.
