You can use the tool ChangeNames to change the field "File as":

Where is the "ChangeNames" tool? I looked and can't find it. I have Outlook
2003.

Why not just group them by company?

My boss wants to be able to look up contacts by name or by company. She
uses the buttons on the right side to navigate through her contacts and does
not use "Find" or sorting tools. Can you help me?>
