my user identity has been corrupted somehow - how do i retrieve my outlook
contacts - i am in deep doo doo without them...

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

thank you for this reply - but this actually is an outlook problem(not
outlook express) it is my address book that is missing and i need it.....
