In my contact list, some recipients have more than 2 email addresses and
they will recive twice of same message if I send the mass-mailings.
Is there any way to email them only through one of email addresses?

Thanks!

You must post your Outlook version and mail support mode for anyone to be
able to answer. Also list the steps you are using to send these messages.

Sorry, I am running windows 2000 and office XP.

Let me clarify my question:  I have more than one email for some people on
my contact list.  So when I click the "TO" field , the name of recipients
will show up more than once. (ie. Jane Doe has two email address under her
name, so her name will show up twice when I click on the TO field to insert
contacts from my contact list).

This is a problem when I need to send mass-mailings to 100+ people.  I
usually just highlight all the recipients (shown in the dialogue box that
pops up after I click on the 'TO' field button), but in this case the people
who are listed more than once will get the email more than once.  Is there a
solution to this?

Thanks!
LJ
