Hi

Outlook XP keeps changing my email account settings on its own

My correct settings are:
I/coming mail = mail.plus.net
o/g smtp = relay.plus.net
username = myname

I find that Outlook changes the settings on its own to :-

I/C Mail = localhost
username = myname@plus.net

so the next time I try to retrieve mail, of course I get the 'unable
to retrieve mail' error message and have to change them back again.
How can I get Outlook to keep my existing details without changing
them please?

Outlook would not do that.
Antivirus software would.
