Is there a way to print an envelope right from an opened contact?  This seems so basic but I have yet to find anything that would work.  Any suggestions?  (Outlook 2002)

Not from an open Contact, but you can from the Contacts Folder:
Tools  > Mail Merge....

Oh my gosh, what a hassle just to print one envelope!  LOL  Do you know if
there is a feature available for printing just one envelope in Outlook 2003?

No difference in Outlook 2003. Once you set up and save an envelope to reuse
as a merge document, it's a pretty easy process.
