Outlook 2003.

When I open a new mail message to select the names form a contact list to
send the mail too in the "Show Names form the" area there are several lists
form the contacts to choose from.

How do I delete some of these on the lists? There are even duplicate contact
lists with one of them not opening anything.

There are some choices that no longer exist and I get an error message if
they are selected.

Thanks in advance for the help. Bob.

Just remove any old or invalid references here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change. >

Thanks so much! Some times the answer is right before your eyes. Mine were
just closed. <g>

Hardly. That's one of Outlook's most carefully hidden dialog boxes. No one
ever finds it on the first try.
