MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / March 2007My zip code is in the wrong position in contacts
When my contacts show up the zip code is on the line after street address and before city. How do I get it set up so the address is in the right order? This is in all my contact folders and didn't happen before Vista. When your Contacts show up where? We have no idea what version or view you are referring to. When I pull up Outlook, that is how they show up.....street, zip, city, state. When I had XP and 2002 they were fine. May be you can fix this problem by using EditContacts: http://www.outlook-stuff.com/component/option,com_docman/task,doc_details/gid,3/ Itemid,2/ With this tool you can exchange and/or split fields. It`s still a beta version, so no english help is avaiable. But you can do a preview in a text file before you change your contacts.
