Error message Office outlook

I get the following message:
Cannot start office outlook. Unable to open the outlook window.. The set of
folders cannot be opened.

I reinstalled MS Office.  Did not solve problem. I also tried restore.  Did
not solve problem.

I'm afraid there is no information here. State your Outlook version, how you
configured your Outlook profile, and what mail transport you are using.
Also, state whether you have ever been able to open Outlook and if so, what
steps you used to create this problem.

Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. I do not use the mail function, but the
Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, etc.

Outlook is first and foremost an application for electronic messaging. When
you do not configure it for that function, of course it will not work. Not
sure what your question is here. Clarify it.
