I have all my Business and Personal contacts saved to my outlook.pst
file. The contacts have been categorised into about a dozen
categories. I want to synchronise only contacts that I have
categorised as business to my Blackberry and only my personal contacts
to my SE K800i phone (AND, sorry, only my wife's personal contacts to
her Nokia 6230i phone).  My wife hates having to trawl through all my
contacts to get to hers?

I have each device set up synch. but I can only synch.all contacts or
none. How to do I achieve such filtered synchronisations?

Thanks in advance

What version of ActiveSync are you using?  You can specify the settings for contacts to sync all categories or only specific categories if you select Options from the menu.
