How do you backup Business Contacts and Business Accounts? Is there a way to automate this. What are the data files called, where are they and can they be moved? Is there a way to backup histories? I take it I have also to backup .pst files for regular contacts, tasks, calendar and notes separately? Is there one seamless method to backup *all* aspects of Outlook *and* BCM so that one can have confidence that when it is later restored it will behave identically to the original? I don't understand, though, what the dialog is aiming at when it says "To back up all your linked items, make sure you also back up your Outlook data files."
