We have an Outlook 2003 version that is not autocompleting after the address
has been entered initially and after Outlook has been closed down and
restarted.
We tried renaming the Outlook.NK2 files but it doesn't seem to be recreating
when we do so.
Any thoughts??

Thanks,
Charlie

Don't understand your question.Entering a Contact has no effect on the
autocompletion cache. Only sending a message does.

Hi Russ,
When we create a new message in Outlook and type a name or address in the
To: field, the address no longer auto populates. We've tried renaming the
.NK2 file in the profile but it seems it doesn't recreate nor update as the
files date and time stamp never changes.
Thanks,

Charlie

You'd need to recreate the profile instead.

Thanks for your help Russ!!
One more question if you don't mind.
Can I import all his mail settings i.e. signatures, templates etc to the new
profile?
Thanks again,

Charlie

I know of no reliable way to do so.
