MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / March 2007Cannot add my contacts to an address book.
When I click on properties for a Contacts list, the option to show that folder as an Outlook email address book is grayed out. I'm using Outlook Small Business Edition 2003 Verify that you have added the Outlook Address Book Service to your profile.
