Outlook 2003 meeting request problem

I have a user who's meeting requests with private information are being sent
to everybody in the global address list, any idea what might cause this.

Check the permissions setting for Default user on his Calendar and then
check the Delegate permissions as well.

Right click the Calendar, Properties, Permissions.
