I have followed outlook help to "customise current views" so that i have each
field listed in various views as necessary.  However, when I open a specific
address card, the information listed becomes standardised - eg it doesn't
list all the phone options I require, under the general tab.  There are drop
down arrows so that I can change the information listed but clearly doing
this one contact at a time is a lengthy process.  Is there a way to change
the fields shown on the general tab for all contacts - ie to amend the
template somewhere

thanks
