We have our addrress book in a Public Folder on the server.  I can make DL's
in the folder but but can't access the contact to add them to DL's.  The
"Show Names from the:" drop down doesn't include the contact in the folder
the DL is in.  It gives me users but not contacts.  How do I bring the
contacts in the folder into the DL?

Check the Outlook Address Book box on the folder's Properties dialog.
