Hello all!

We are running Exchange/Outlook 2003 sp2 (SBS) and hope to find a solution
to simplify the viewing and use of a Public Contacts folder that we are
using.  What we would like to do is create a sub folder in Outlook under
Contacts that links to our Public Contacts folder.  Is it possible to do this
without copying the contents of the Public folder into the local Outlook
profile?  Our main goal is to make accessing the Public Contacts folder as
easy as possible and eliminate multiple copies of the Public folder.  (Our
CEO gets confused when he updates an address in one list and then accesses
another copy of the list and finds the old contact information.  Go figure!)

Please let me know if you need additional information.  Thanks in advance
for your help.

Outlook has no such "linking" feature. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm#exssync
