Problem adding contacts

Hi

I try to add contacts and when I try to add the third
contact, suddenly, outlook show an error and closed.
Could you help me?

Odd. Never seen anything like it. Could you tell us how you are adding the
Contacts, what version of Outlook you're using, and what the error messages
are?
