global address list

how can i merge an outlook contact list with a global address list. the
contact in outlook need to be made available for everyone on the network to
access. Im trying to avoid adding each contact individually on the exchange
server's global address list. any advice would be appreciated

How about a contacts folder in the Public Folders hierarchy? Or on a SharePoint site?
