I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003. What two menu sequences are used to open
an appointment window for a selected contact?

Click on the contact and drag it to the calendar.

Thank you, I found out my answer is to double-click the name banner and click
activities to view scheduled appointments with a selected contact.
