periodically, outlook locks up when going into contacts. just getting out of outlook does not work; we have to reboot the pc Have you tried: Open Outlook Select ADDRESS BOOK (Tools menu, Address Book) Select TOOLS from the menu Select OPTIONS Remove CONTACTS Add CONTACTS This may help.
