Hi,
I developed a custom contact form for a client, which they are using
in a public folder (accessible as Read Only by all). Users can open
any contact and view this custom form without issue.

Here is the problem: When using the "Look for" field in the public
contact folder, *some* users are presented with the default contact
form when opening a contact. If the folder is not filtered, the custom
form is displayed upon opening.

Any thoughts as to why the default shows up when the folder is
filtered?

Thanks in advance!
Laura

Known problem, resolved by applying the latest service pack.
