import groups from outlook express addres book to m. outlook

I am trying to start using microsoft outlook, but don't whant to lose
everything I had set up in outlook express. Is there any way to transfere the
groups I setup in outlook express addres book to the microsoft outlook
contacts list?

Usually not. Groups in OE have no counterpart in Outlook and usually will
not survive an import. Rarely, if your versions are concordant enough, an
import from your Main Contact Folder in OE will create Distribution Lists in
Outlook.
