Is there a way to have the Address Book show the primary Contacts folder and
any sub folders in a tree view?  Meaning when you clicked on Contacts it
would not only show those contacts which exist within the folder but also
any subfolders.  Thus allowing the user to click on those subfolders rather
than pick them from the address book drop down menu.  I have never seen this
myself, however I have a user that indicates they had it working that way at
one point?  Thanks for any pointers.
