I have outlook 2003 installed on my system. All the contacts are imported
and different sub folder are been set for different catogories. Whenevr i
tried to do a new mail, iam not able to see all the contacts in To column,
even though they are in address book. The problem is wih Auto complete list.

As designed. The autocompletion cache has nothing to do with your Contacts.
It is a cache of addresses to which you have sent messages.
