MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / April 2007Having outlook contact names in spell check dictionary
Hi I'm using Windows Vista on a Tablet PC with great handwriting recognition. I wonder how it is possible to have all names of all outlook contacts automatically in the dictionary of the spell check and handwriting recognition so that I don't have to add them all manually (hundereds). (The handwriting recogntion only does a good job with words included in the dictionary). Daniel I'm not sure about an automatic method, but perhaps you could export your Contacts to a .CSV file, import it into Excel, then select all the names and copy/paste them into the dictionary file (which is usually a text file).
