Using Outlook 2002 - Put in new hard drive and installed windows, software,
etc.  Now I would like to copy my pst files from the old drive to the new,
but not quite sure where to find them.  Can someone please provide path to
pst files and any other info that may be helpful.  Thanks

Why ask us? Only you could know where you kept these files. Why would you
not just search for them?
Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup or transfer:

Obviously I wouldn't ask if I new where the files were. I assume they are in
their default locations, only I don't know where that is.  I thought these
forums were a place to solicit help when help was needed.  If I wanted
sarcasm I think I could find a place for that as well Mr. Russ Valentine

The location varies with the version and OS. The links I posted answered
your question.

Right-click on the Root where you primary folders are located and select
properties
On General Tab -- Select Advanced
*** you'll see the complete path/filename on that page.

Default location for PST files is generally
      Default Drive (usually c:\)
            \Documents and Settings\<YourUserID>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook
