sorting of contacts

Address sorting order in Outlook 2003 - 06 Apr 2007 20:30 GMT
I like to display the detailed address card as "First name, Laste name,
Company"
The default seting in the "File as" is Laste name, First name. I change the
deault seting to First name, last name.  The addresses keep on being
desplayed as Last name, First name, ignoring the default change I made.  
Am I missing a step?
How can I permanently change the display to "First name, Last name, Company"

Those settings only apply to new Contacts, not existing ones. To change the
File As... field for existing Contacts requires you to run code.

You can change the display as order with the tool "ChangeNames":
