Domain computer, Windows XP pro, latest updates.
Exchange server/Outlook Client
I recently upgraded my VP's office suite from OfficeXP pro to Office2003 pro
Different than before, his address book drop down doesn't display several
lists. He specifically wants the "All Groups" list.
Thanks
Did you configure a new Outlook profile after this upgrade? It is essential
that you do.

I didn't know this was essential, so I didn't create a new profile. Can I
remedy this problem by creating a new profile now?

You should be able to. See if you can reset the Outlook Address Book
settings before you do. That might work.

Beneath Global Address Lists, there is All Address lists, and then as
subdivisions of this 'All Address Lists' there are
All Contacts
All Groups
All Users
On the VP's computer, none of these show now.

Does the user see them if you configure a new profile that does not use Cached Exchange mode?
