Outlook Mail Merge - File Attachment

When performing a mail merge in Outlook is there a way to attach files? I am
trying to personalize an email with additional information in the form of PDF
files and send it to multiple addresses. The mail merge function is working
fine for setting up the basic email message but I can not send my attachments.

Only third party software can do that.
