User still in Contacts

I have a user that still remains in mt To... contact field when i start type
a name that is similar to the name i don;t want to show i still see the name
in the ittilisense. How can i get ride of this so that i don;t acidently send
an e-mail offer to this character.

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field.
