Add a field to ALL of the contact cards

The fields I need are not in the general tab. They are in the all fields tab
under "user defined fields." Is it possible to get the needed fields in the
general tab?

Would like fields for the names in parenthesis below:
5555 Example Ave.  (BusinessAddress1)
Suite 101 (BusinessAddress2)
P.O. Box 55555 (BusinessAddress3)
City, ST 55555 (BusinessAddressCity, State, Postal Code)

Is it possible to add these fields to all of my contacts general tabs, not
just one?

Customize the contact form, publish it, make it the default, and convert existing items to use it. See:
