I wish to establish additional Contact folders within the Address Book
Contacts but can not find any mechanism for this purpose in the tool bar.
Within the additional Contacts folder I will need the option to use some but
not all of the addresses stored for the purposes of addressing several people
with the same message.

Dear Thailand,

How to create new contact folders?

In Outlook: "File/New Folder", type: Contact Folder.

How to add this contact folder as "Outlook Addressbook?
Click on the contact folder, right mouseclick, Outlook Addressbook => select
the flag for "Show this folder as Outlook Addressbook"

A general support website for Outlook Addressbook:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;287563&Product=ol2002

Maybe it helps
