User A has Contacts, of which user B needs a subset (and for security
purposes, "share my contacts" is out of the question). What's the most
efficient way to transfer that limited group of contacts from A to B?
What I've done as user A is to select the contacts to share, go to Actions >
Forward, send to user B, and have B double-click each attached contact icon
then "Save and Close." Is there an easier method for user B to be able to
save all the forwarded contacts in one fell swoop? Alternatively, is there a
faster overall method to accomplish the same task?
Many thanks.

I'd lean toward creating another PST and then a Contacts folder in that PST,
copying to it those contacts that are to be shared from the source Contacts
folder. Close the added PST and transfer that to the other PC. That person
can then open that PST in Outlook and have access to the contacts as they
existed on the original machine.
