I want to add my contacts to show last name, first name, company name in the
file as. I know I can change each one.. but is there a way to change them all
so they display like that..

I really don't want to go through 1000 plus contacts and change that..

Please let me know.

You could do it by exporting to Excel making the changes by manipulating the
column data and then importing.

No you can't. The designated File as field format is not applied when you
import Contacts.

The tool "ChangeNames" can change the order:

http://www.outlook-stuff.com/component/option,com_docman/task,doc_details/gid,1/
Itemid,2/

Perhaps one of these would help:

EditContacts
http://www.outlook-stuff.com/component/option,com_docman/task,doc_details/gid,3/
Itemid,2/

ChangeNames
