I need to import new contacts from Access 2007 into my Outlook contacts.  How
is this done?  I enter and delete contacts into my Access database
constantly.  Since, I sync Outlook with my pda phone (mda), this would enable
me to speak a contact name on my mda and pull up the new contacts easily.

Please help!!!!

The File | Import and Export command in Outlook would be a good place to start.
