Backup Files to PST in Outlook 03 / File-"Import/Export" not there

I am trying to transfer my outlook files to another computer and my Outlook
2003 Pro w/Bus Contact Mgr doesn't give me the option under File to
"Import/Export" files to a PST file and transfer?  Why wouldn't
"Import/Export" option be available or even show up?

If you are not connected to Exchange Server then you don't "export" anyway.
Just close Outlook and copy the pst file....

Because you didn't install the importers and exporters. And even if you did,
you shouldn't use them. Exporting and importing are never the correct way to
transfer Outlook data unless you particularly want to lose or change it.
Just copy your data file and open it in Outlook. Methods are posted here
daily and well documented in Help files and the KB.
