Outlook 2003:
Is there a way to alphabetize categories for my contacts.  I have a lot of
contacts and want to list the names in each category alphabetically.
I can't find a work around.  Would appreciate any assistance with this
dilema.
Thanks.

yep. What happened in 2003 is a shame, but when you sort a column, it drops
out your grouping.  So here's the workaround.

Use the Phone List View or By Category View
Click the name field column header to sort by it.
Turn on the Group By Box (on the Advanced Toolbar).
Drag the column header Categories into the Group By Box.

So now it's sorted by name and grouped By Category.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
