I am using publisher to produce some marketing materials that I wish to email
with the mailmerge function. However publisher will only allow me to choose
contacts from my personal mailbox. How do I change this so that the
distribution lists set up in public folders appear using the publisher
mailmerge wizard?

is the folder set as an address list in your address book? if publisher
still won’t let you use it, create a view that shows the fields you need,
copy and paste into notepad and use the text file as the data source.
