I removed a file from Favorite Folders, how do i get it back

I moved a folder from my INbox up into "My Favorite Folders". I accidently
deleted the original folder in my "Inbox" and then a friend of mine "removed"
the folder from my "Favorites" Can I recover this folder some how?

if its still in the Deleted items folder. If not, only if you use Exchange
server.
