How do I import outlook contacts  into the new Vista win contacts

I was using outlook express 2003 contacts but now I have Vista on my new
computer and it comes with Windows contacts. How do I import my contacts
which is saved in a pdf file to windows contacts which does not except the
pdf file. I tried other file ext. but it will not work.

No such thing as "Outlook Express 2003". Do Help-About and tell us what you
are REALLY using.

Why? What on earth made you do that?

Impossible from a pdf file - again what on earth made you save your contacts
to a pdf file?
