I am trying to copy my full outlook contact list from my name to my daughters
name on the same computer.  Is there a way to do this?

Create a new .PST file in a location on your hard drive that both of your
Windows profiles can access (such as Shared Folders) and give it a unique
name like Dad's Contacts.  If there is no Contacts folder in the new .PST
file, create one.  Copy your contacts from your .PST file to the new one --
switch to an unfiltered table view like By Category, select all items using
CTRL+A, then right-click the group and drag it to the new contacts folder.
Select the option to copy (not move).  Close the .PST file from your Outlook
profile by right-clicking its highest-level folder and clicking Close.

Once you've done this, your daughter can open the .PST file in her Outlook
profile using the File Menu, Open | Outlook Data File command.  Then she just
has to copy the contacts from that .PST to hers.
