Hi:

I would like simple-to-use instructions on using the TASK section within
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 so that I can track phone-calls and follow-ups
in a simple way.

Are there online instructions by Mocrisoft or anyone else where I can review
procedures that would help me better organize this process?
