How to remove attachments from many contacts?

Hi,
Is it possible to remove attachments from many contacts all at once? I will
appreciate any link, utility, script or method of doing so.

Using Outlook XP SP3 in its original state.

Karl,
Thanks for the links... the first one seems to be only for e-mail
attachments, and I am working to find out how to modify the script from the
second link so it will look at contacts instead of e-mails... I don't know
language so I don't know the names of objects, etc., but I'll give it a
shot... will post back if ever I manage it. Thanks again.
