Is there a field that I can use/add that will let me track the last date of
changes made to contact info.  I want to make sure that i'm working with the
most current info.

Thanks in advance!

which version of Outlook are you using?

2007 shows the field Date Last Modified on the bottom left of each Contact
card - it even tells me by whom (we use a Public Folder)

The Date Last Modified Field can be shown in the Phone List and By Category
views.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

Hi Judy,

I'm using 2003.  I opened the "All Fields" tab in the contact section.  I
see a field titled "Modified".  I think this is just what I need.  Now I
think I just have to figure out how to show it on the screen on in a report.

Thanks so much!

Show the Contacts in one of the 2 views I suggested and then use the Field
Chooser to get the Modified Field and drag it to the table beside other
existing fields eg Company.  Now the data will show.
