Define "problems with address book" - what problems?  How did you repair them?

When you say contacts and account information, you have mixed 2 different things.  Contacts are a part of your Outlook.pst file and profile.  Accounts are totally separate.

Please, be more specific and include your Outlook version.  Remeber we are not looking over your shoulder to see what you are doing or have done so the more details you provide, the better you enable us to provide an answer.
