I have more than 10 Contact Folders withing my Microsoft Outlook 2007 on my
Windows Vista Ultimate.

When I use the Sync Center it only synchronizes the main folder & not the
rest of the sub folders of Contacts.

HOW CAN I SYNC ALL CONTACT IN MAIN FOLDER & SUB FOLDERS?

You'll have to buy some Vista-compatible sync software that will sync
non-default folders.  One vendor is Chapura (http://www.chapura.com/).
