I have a problem with sorting my contacts. All my contacts are in several
categories, according to country, size, and product.

When I sort by categories my contacts appear under 3 different headings
(which is not very useful for me)

Is there any way to sort them by 2 or 3 categories at the same time?

For example I would like to have a list of my contacts that are in the
following categories:

- USA
- A-Customer
- Product: PP

Then:

-USA
-B- Customer
-Product: PP

Etc. etc.

For that sub-cateogories were necessary - and Outlook doesn't support that.
Maybe it helps you e.g. to create search folders for USA and other
countries, and within that group by categories. You can collapse all
headings and only view the customer types.
