How to share specific contacts subfolder with 2 other computers

How can I share a specific contacts subfolder with 2 other computers? I'm
using Outlook 2003.

Are you connected to an Exchange server?

I think so. I have actually been able to share the contacts folder with
another collegue of mine, but when I try to just share a specific subfolder,
it doesn't work.
