MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / August 2007Automate public folder additions??
Is there anyway to automate the addition of new contacts in a personal folder to a shared folder? We have 12 AM's that maintain their own Contact on their personal machines. We have created a Public Folder to hold the combined contacts of all the AM's...once they are all copies/moved to this public folder is there a way to "automate" or "make" Outlook add/copy any new contacts created by the individuals into the Public Folder??
